Live Animal Center Intern

Boston Museum of Science - 1/2007-2/2007

The museum’s live animal center had a wide range of animals that it used for educational purposes, displays, and conservation. Species included bobcats, alligators, tortoises, ducks, owls, snakes both venomous and non, mongooses, porcupines, a variety of insects, and many more. I prepared food, cleaned enclosures, helped create enrichment, and handled animals for educational presentations.
